  • Ongoing monthly maintenance and monitoring

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property and any previous pest control treatments.
  • Ensuring access to the property for our technicians.
  • Following any pre-treatment instructions provided by our team.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

  • All services must be paid in full before or upon completion of the service.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. 
  • All cancellations must be in writing. 

 

6. Liability

 

  • While we strive to provide effective tick control services, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of ticks.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
